We are looking for a Trainee in Accounting to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform Invoicing activities (automatic and/or manual)
- Perform collection processes (automatic and/or manual)
- Perform dunning activities
- Execution of regular control activities already pre-defined
- Attend MPC requests via email or web-tickets
- Reconciliation and clearing of AP and AR accounts
- Error handling
- Support Month-End processes for each company, by taking part in AR/AP closing tasks.
- Reception of clients and supplier calls/e-mails and follow up the queries.
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration or similar degree (lower educational levels will be taken into consideration in case accounting experience for at least 2 years was provided)
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with Invoicing, Collections and general Accounts Receivable processes.
- Basic knowledge on accounting systems (SAP).
- Language skills: English and German (High level)
