Responsibilities
As a Content & Community Manager at Dost, you will play a critical role in the growth of our online community and the development of long-term digital strategies. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Content creation: Develop engaging and creative written content for various platforms such as social media posts, blog articles, email, newsletters, and website copy. Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Social media management: Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms including but not limited to Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Medium. Create, schedule, and publish posts to increase engagement and grow the online community.
- Monitoring and analytics: Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and discussions relevant to the brand. Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns and content.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and product development to align content and communication strategies with overall business objectives.
- Campaign support: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including creating promotional materials, coordinating contests or giveaways, and tracking campaign performance.
- Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content marketing and community management. Use insights to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Learning and development: Take initiative to learn new skills and stay updated on emerging tools and technologies relevant to copywriting, social media management, and community building.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and accomplishments related to content performance and community engagement efforts.
Requirements
Currently studying Marketing, Advertising, Design or Journalism
Native in Spanish, and proficient/fluent in English.
Strong motivation to learn and be active on a fast growing startup
Ability to self-manage, set personal objectives, and seek out challenges.
Exceptional time management, communication, and adaptability.
It is essential to be able to make an agreement with the university
