We’re an international startup in our early growth stage, looking for a disciplined, people-oriented Growth Operations Lead to join our founding team. You’ll wear several hats — keeping execution on track while helping grow and mentor the team around you.
Role Overview
Working closely with leadership, you’ll keep the company organized and moving: tracking execution, coordinating the team, reporting progress, and helping recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members as we scale. You’ll have real ownership and real influence from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Help recruit, screen, and onboard new team members as we grow
Mentor and support new joiners day to day
Run onboarding and regular check-ins; keep the team organized and supported
Track tasks, deadlines, and KPIs, and coordinate across the team
Support progress reviews and keep reporting clean and up to date
Uphold accountability and execution standards — firmly and supportively

The Details
Remote · part-time, with some overlap with European (CET) hours
Duration: 3 months to start, with a path to full-time
Growth After 3 Months — top performers may move into:
An official, paid Operations / Team Lead role
Wider leadership responsibilities and international opportunities
A recommendation letter + verified startup experience
