About the role
VerstärCare is currently recruiting Sports Psychology interns.
As part of our ongoing development, we are seeking motivated candidates who want to contribute to a project combining scientific rigor, applied practice, and athlete-centered support within a multidisciplinary performance environment.

What the internship offers
- Involvement in the psychological follow-up of athletes
- Contribution to the design and implementation of mental preparation programs
- Application of performance psychology tools (motivation, emotional regulation, focus, well-being)
- Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team (sports psychology, nutrition, training, physiology)
- Guided supervision with a strong focus on autonomy

- Unpaid internship
- Fully remote

Profile we are looking for
- Final-year student or recent graduate (up to 1 year post-graduation) in Sports Psychology or Psychology
- Strong scientific mindset and interest in applied practice
- Fluent in English (required)
- French is a plus
- Spanish is a plus
- Strong interest in athlete performance and mental development
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive
