Product Management Trainee & Sales Analyst Trainee

Internship Opportunities

We are currently looking for two talented trainees to join our team: one in the Product Management Department and one in the Retail Sales Team.

Product Management Trainee

• Support the coordination and execution of cross-category product launches, ensuring successful go-to-market implementation in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, business reviews, and presentations for management and HQ meetings.
• Develop engaging corporate, internal, and brand presentations to support product launch activities.
• Support product-related sales activities, following up on key initiatives together with Product Managers and Key Account Managers (KAMs).
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to identify category trends and support strategic decision-making.

Sales Analyst Trainee

• Support the management of product listings across key retail customers.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing on customer websites on a weekly basis.
• Prepare monthly presentations summarizing distributors’ and competitors’ communication and promotional activities.
• Analyze virtual stock levels and sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and consolidating relevant business data.
• Support the analysis of monthly customer performance results and develop recommendations based on findings.
• Participate in internal meetings to define customer action plans and support the preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English (B2–C1) is required.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with a proactive and dynamic attitude.
• Interest in working collaboratively across different teams and functions.
